Pictures Tell the Story

(yes I'm reading about buffalo...it's research...wink, wink)

Owen's been having some Cthulhu inspired dreams?

...and, oh goody-goody, I've seen a draft cover for The House Eaters, and it's spooky in a vintage pulp horror/Nancy Drew/paperback book from the '60s sort of way. I'm giddy. Drunk with giddiness.

Owen's sketch is quite something. A little horror, trying to escape. And you put away that flask of giddy, mister. It's too early in the day!

Cthulhu dreams, yikes! How about happy-squid-sparkly-thingy instead? ; )

Love the drawing. Looks like Owen is on the right track. :) Have you seen that site Tikatok - he can have his very own book, too!

Truly unbelievable to contemplate how many buffalo there used to be. And love those old pulp covers myself. Can't wait to see it!

Owen has some scary dreams, I hope it's catching. :D

I wish I could share your giddiness but I'm not fully awake enough to appreciate it. However, when I saw Owen's drawing, I thought I was hallucinating something weird. Thumbs up!

I've heard that giddy goes rather well with fish, or any white meat ; )

Hinny - Buffalo digging me. ;)

Natalie - We had vegetarian chili. Kind of like invisible meat.

Danielle - Think "Scooby Doo".

*wink wink* back atcha.

Owen is seriously cool. I know you know that, but I mean, you're his dad. You have to think that.

He really is. I particularly like the crazy feeler things on top.
