A Guessing Game

Here's an item of interest and a little guessing game:

Anybody want to take a guess...be the first to guess correctly, and you'll win something cool. (well, I think it's cool)

Here's a hint: this is part of a larger whole.

The Virgin Mary. It's as plain as the nose on your face.

(Seriously, looks like a leaf under a microscopt to me . . .)

Charcoal on rock surface. Perhaps kids using it as chalk, or from a fire.

Oh, Barry...you're soooooo close.

You're doing a new anthology and this is part of the cover. Oh, and you want me to be in it.

Aaron Polson said...

Cate...you are in this anthology. (oh--that's a big hint, isn't it?)

Cate Gardner said...

Argh! I still don't know. It's not Sand: Year One because that has a big eye and my big eye can't find any cracks.

Is it Northern Haunts?
