I worked at a grocery store in high school, and we had two nice older women who would hand out samples to customers. Of course, we (the employees) helped ourselves to plenty of little smokies, snack crackers, and cheese, too.
I've posted the first chapters of my current projects on their own pages: Rock Gods and Scary Monsters and The House Eaters.
Try not to eat too much.

I bought my first pack of lil' smokies today!
Love them.
We don't have lil' smokies over here.
Read the first chapter of 'Rock Gods'. :) Enjoyed.
Natalie - delicious.
Danielle - we'll have to arrange a shipment then. They are yummy.
Cate - I expect you recognized the fish...
I will have to partake when I am not running on battery power at the auto shop. Thanks for sharing.
Did I miss something?
Why have you decided to self publish? Or are you only throwing up sample chapters? Hence the Sample Lady remark?
See, I'm quick aren't I?
BT - only samples. ;)
Oh, wow, I loved them both! I like your easy style--nicely suited to YA--and the stories sound fascinating. Hurry up and get them sold so I can read them. In hardback! :)
K.C. - I'm trying...I'm trying.
Sure, the first one is free, but then ya gotta pay. I'm onto you're little scheme!
Seriously, I thought they were excellent. I feel that you accomplished something with those words that would have taken me three times as many.
