- Pre-orders receive a five point bonus (for each copy purchased...wink, wink), just forward the pre-order confirmation to aaron.polson(at)gmail.com with the subject line "pre-order".
- Your name gets put in a virtual "hat" for each point. On the book's release date (11/30/10), I'll use a random number generator to pick two winners.

Here is an odd question. Were you able to retain your ebook rights? I am going to buy one either way, I just haven't decided to get it in print or for my Nook. I always prefer the option that puts a little more cash in the author's pockets.
E-rights and print are with the publisher, but both are fairly lucrative. I think the e-book will be priced at $2.99, so that's a steal of a deal.
