Eyes Without a Face

I've resurrected my For the Love of Classic Monsters blog with a film recommendation: Eyes Without a Face

This scene is not for the faint of heart.

I've also added a free excerpt from Tainted. Check the link on the sidebar.

Enjoy!

Black and white horror is still the best. Ah, the times before CGI...when cow and pig intestines were used for props. The good old days...

Are TMC and AMC running their classic monster movie marathons yet? My daughter loves those.

Yes, the old ways required a lot more of the imagination--especially from the fx guys. Don't know about the marathons, but I love 'em! (We've been sans cable television for the past three years...it really helps with the writing.)

Thank you for the copy of Tainted. It just came in the mail and I am putting aside my afternoon to read it.
